A: Although we do not yet have a database to cover all designer products available, one day we hope too. However, we believe with our vast knowledge of counterfeit product behaviors we can aide you in determining if your product is counterfeit or not.

Q: Do you believe these guides might scare counterfeit sellers away?

A: DEFINATELY! I recently spoke to someone who was selling counterfeit Abercrombie & Fitch. He mentioned to me he was selling the Abercrombie Indigio Lake Fur Fleece. He mentioned he had no problems until someone posted a How-To Guides to spot Counterfeit Abercrombie Indigio Lake Fur Fleece Jackets. He told me he stopped selling right away because he knew customers would find out instantly now compared to before! So yes, I believe this will scare the counterfeit sellers away.

Q: What do you do with all your products you buy for your guides?

A: Everything we buy we donate to charity. Even if it is counterfeit it can still put shoes on someone’s feet or keep someone warm during the winter.

Q: Where do you buy all of your products for your guides?

A: We purchase everything ourselves through authorized dealers and resellers.

Q: I have an authentic designer product that you don't have a guide for and would like to help. Can I send you pictures for a guide?

A: We can aide you to the best of our ability in determining if your product is counterfeit.

Q: What can I do if I won a counterfeit item on eBay?

A: First contact eBay. File a PayPal Compliant and Contact the Seller. If the item was shipped through the Post Office, it is considered Mail Fraud; you may also file a complaint with the Post Office Police. As well, file a complaint with the Internet Crime Compliant Center.
